This type of training is strongly recommended for all new implementations, for both system administrators and end users. It delivers real-world, hands-on learning that follows your company’s established protocol, including but not limited to your ideal GAGEtrak workflow, time-saving shortcuts and error avoidance. Completion of this training entitles each participant to a completion certificate in order to provide proof to an auditor that you’ve received proper training from the software manufacturer. Tailored on-site training ensures that you reap the maximum benefit from and ensure your success with GAGEtrak.

GAGEtrak Pro Web Training Suite

The GAGEtrak Pro Web Training Suite is a series of interactive online training sessions (2.5 hours each). You participate from the comfort of your own office and you can fully interact with your skilled trainer. Complete the entire suite to receive a certificate of completion and you’ll be using GAGEtrak Pro like, well, a pro.

Curriculum

Session 1: Gages, Menus and Templates – In this session, you will learn the basics of GAGEtrak Pro’s system settings and how to use the navigation menu. You will also learn to create and manage gage records, build gage templates, search and filter records and create customized views.

Session 2: Schedules, Procedures and Test Points – This session explores how to edit due listings and create calibration schedules and related reminders. It also covers how to create procedures, test points and tailored templates to help organize records for calibration record creation.

Session 3: Calibrations and Security Administration – This session covers creating and managing calibration records as well as creating custodians and modifying their system access through security administration.

Session 4: Reporting, Notifications and Service Requests – In this session, you will learn how to configure the email distribution feature, work with notifications, create standard and ad hoc reports, print labels and build customized record lists.

Session 5: Crib Transfers and Rules – This session explores the extensive GAGEtrak Crib including transfers and creating rules, letters and service requests. This session also includes products and gage lookup for the stand-alone crib.

GAGEtrak 7 Web Training Suite

The GAGEtrak 7 Web Training Suite is a series of four interactive online training sessions (2 hours each). You participate from the comfort of your own office and you can fully interact with your skilled trainer. Complete all four sessions in the suite to receive a certificate of completion and you’ll be using GAGEtrak like a pro.

Curriculum

Session 1: Gages and Dashboard – This session will teach you the basics of gage record creation, how to interact with and use the dashboard and calibration due listings, and give you the skills needed to quickly access your information for both your team and auditors.

Session 2: Calibrations and Crib Management – This session consists of topics related to calibrations, crib management and maintenance, such as gage issue and return, gage kitting, calibration attachments, calibration schedules and calibration procedures. This session also covers staff entry.

Session 3: Test Point Groups, Service Requests and Corrective Actions – This session covers how to track the life of a service request, additional schedules and test point groups, as well as part, procedure and supplier entry and how these records relate to gages.

Session 4: Reports and Labels – This session explores the extensive features of GAGEtrak Report Viewer and the Label Viewer, such as how to run, save and distribute reports. It also covers software administration and configuration to include archiving data and drop-down list management.

GAGEtrak Lite Web Training Suite

The GAGEtrak Lite Web Training Suite is a series of three interactive online training sessions (2.5 hours each). Curriculum

Corporate Web Training

Corporate web training is a series of interactive online training sessions (2-3 hours each) and can accommodate up to 12 students. Unlike the web training suite that includes attendees from multiple companies, corporate web training is solely for your company, so you can spend as much or as little time as needed on each topic. Also included in this program is a follow-up session (1-2 hours) which takes place within one month of the conclusion of the initial sessions in order to address any questions that may have arisen. Completion of this training entitles each participant to a completion certificate in order to provide proof to an auditor that you’ve received proper training from the software manufacturer.

GAGEtrak Pro Regional Training

These three-day regional training classes offer hands-on, in-person learning and include a certificate of completion. Our talented instructors will take you step by step through planning, preparation, setup and successful operation of GAGEtrak Pro. You’ll also learn about advanced topics such as data import and export, data filtering, system maintenance, system security and more. Regional classes are held at our training facility in Phoenix, Arizona as well as various cities around the country. For more than two attendees, please contact us regarding on-site training.

Schedule: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

Meals: Lunch and refreshments are included in class fees.
