with GAGEtrak Launchpad

Take advantage of Launchpad, our dynamic onboarding services package that will guide you through every stage of GAGEtrak implementation and beyond. Your dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) works with you every step of the way to minimize your downtime and ensure the success of your GAGEtrak implementation.


Assessment and Planning

Your dedicated CSM consults with your internal project team to assess the project, establish needs and expectations and create an action plan and preliminary timeline for implementation. Weekly meetings are scheduled to assess progress.

Installation and Prep

Your CSM assists you and/or your IT team with download and installation of the software, establishing a database connection and ensuring that GAGEtrak is up and running. You also receive a personalized walk-through of the software to prepare you for training.

Data Import/Upgrade

Your data is either imported or upgraded at this stage (whether you are new to GAGEtrak or upgrading from a previous version). Database upgrades are included in the price of the Launchpad, but because data import specifications vary, they are priced separately.

Go Live

In the go-live stage of implementation, your CSM provides you with access to the GAGEtrak Support Community and ensures you’re prepared for launch. We then complete your final data migration and you’ll be off and running with GAGEtrak!

Post-launch Guidance

After launch, you may have additional questions or need further coaching or consultation. During this stage, you have additional time with your dedicated CSM to use however you need. This time is available to you for 30 days beyond the date of training completion.

Additional Services


Our expert uses the GAGEtrak Validation Kit to perform the validation at your facility under normal operating conditions, guaranteeing documentation accuracy, minimizing downtime and preparing you for future audits.

Custom Reports

You may have additional reporting requirements beyond that which GAGEtrak already provides. Per your company’s specifications, we can create customized reports for you to import into your GAGEtrak database.
