The GAGEtrak installer will prompt you to enter the Serial Number of your software. After purchasing the software, your sales representative provides you with this number or you can find it within your product packaging. When using the software as a free 30-day trial, leave the Serial Number field blank and simply continue with installation. Please contact us if you have any issues with installation.

WARNING: Do not install GAGEtrak Issue & Return on a machine that is running GAGEtrak. The full version of GAGEtrak already includes issue and return functionality, so the Issue & Return download below is only to be used on a separate PC when the full version of GAGEtrak is not needed.
Due to integration with Microsoft Office features, it is important to choose the download appropriate to your version of Microsoft Office. For instance, if Microsoft Office 2013 is installed on your PC, you would choose the version below that is noted as Office 2013 compatible.
Download the Issue & Return Setup.exe file below (compatible with Office 2016, Office 2013 or Office 2010). When prompted, save the file to your computer. The installer may start automatically or you can double click the Setup.exe file to begin the installation. During installation, you will be prompted for an Extraction Code which is provided by your sales representative.
Issue & Return includes the full GAGEtrak Help System which is accessible from within the software; that same instructional content is also available in PDF format below. The Learning Resources and Support PDF file provides instructions for accessing the Help System.
