COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT
CyberMetrics is actively monitoring the outbreak and spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). In accordance with the recommendations of state and Federal government, as well as the CDC and World Health Organization, we have temporarily suspended our on-site and regional training services. Since this is a fluid situation, we cannot determine when these services will resume.

To continue to provide the best product training for our customers in the safest way possible, we will be providing additional Web Training dates, and on an accelerated delivery schedule. This will prove to be effective training for your team members, delivering each training module segment over a two-day period (each day will provide four hours of training, with a two-hour break in between sessions). Our Web Training sessions are instructor-led and provide training certification upon completion. Best of all, your team will not have to leave the office (or their homes) to complete this valuable training. GAGEtrak 7 Web Training Suite

The GAGEtrak 7 Web Training Suite is a series of four interactive online training sessions (2 hours each). You participate from the comfort of your own office and you can fully interact with your skilled trainer. Complete all four sessions in the suite to receive a certificate of completion and you’ll be using GAGEtrak like a pro.

Session 1: Gages and Dashboard – This session will teach you the basics of gage record creation, how to interact with and use the dashboard and calibration due listings, and give you the skills needed to quickly access your information for both your team and auditors.

Session 2: Calibrations and Crib Management – This session consists of topics related to calibrations, crib management and maintenance, such as gage issue and return, gage kitting, calibration attachments, calibration schedules and calibration procedures. This session also covers staff entry.

Session 3: Test Point Groups, Service Requests and Corrective Actions – This session covers how to track the life of a service request, additional schedules and test point groups, as well as part, procedure and supplier entry and how these records relate to gages.

Session 4: Reports and Labels – This session explores the extensive features of GAGEtrak Report Viewer and the Label Viewer, such as how to run, save and distribute reports. It also covers software administration and configuration to include archiving data and drop-down list management.

The GAGEtrak Lite Web Training Suite is a series of two interactive online training sessions (2 hours each). You participate from the comfort of your own office and you can fully interact with your skilled trainer. Session 1: Gages, Schedules and Procedures – In this session, you will learn about gage record creation, calibration scheduling, how to perform searches and filter records, test point setup, procedure entry, and how to adjust basic configuration settings.

Session 2: Calibrations, Reports and Security – This session consists of calibration record creation and measurement entry, how to interact with and use the Dashboard and calibration due listings, attaching documents to calibration records, security setup, email configuration, and viewing and printing reports.

GAGEtrak 7 Admin Web Training Suite

The GAGEtrak 7 Admin Web Training Suite is a series of two interactive online training sessions (2 hours each) intended for software administrators, covering topics such as configuration, user/security setup and custom reporting. You participate from the comfort of your own office and you can fully interact with your skilled trainer.

Session 1: Administrator’s Overview – This session takes you step by step through the implementation of GAGEtrak, covering installation and configuration, program navigation, how to create, upgrade and maintain databases, user and security setup, drop-down list management and data entry best practices so you can get up and running quickly.

Session 2: Custom Reports and Labels – In this session, you’ll learn how to navigate the report and label editor, how to modify existing reports and labels (adding and removing fields, etc.) and how to create new reports including the basics of SQL statements.

GAGEtrak Regional Training

These two-day Regional Training classes offer hands-on, in-person learning and include a certificate of completion. Our talented instructors will take you step by step through planning, preparation, setup and successful operation of GAGEtrak. You’ll also learn about advanced topics such as data import and export, data filtering, system maintenance, system security and more. Regional classes are held at our training facility in Phoenix, Arizona as well as various cities around the country. For more than two attendees, please contact us regarding onsite training.

Schedule: Day 1: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm; Day 2: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

Meals: Lunch and refreshments are included in class fees.

Payment|Cancellation|Notice

Payment: A purchase order, EFT, check or credit card payment must be received in order to register for regional training. Please indicate on checks and POs the name(s) of attendee(s), class location and class date.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $250 will be charged for cancellation notices received less than 10 business days before the class. Cancellation notification must be received no later than the business day before the start of a class; attendees who do not appear for class without giving proper notice of cancellation will forfeit the full price of the training course.

Notice: CyberMetrics does not permit audio or video recordings of its training classes. Classes may be cancelled at CyberMetrics’ discretion and CyberMetrics cannot assume responsibility arising from cancelled travel plans. CyberMetrics reserves the right to substitute class instructor and alter class content.
